Pottery Workshop: Make and decorate your own Frog or Toad. Saturday 1st August (3 hour session starting at 1pm) £55 Join us for a pottery workshop led by guest artist Rebecca. Bring a unique clay character to life in this fun and creative hand-building workshop. Whether you choose a cheeky frog, a wise old toad, you'll have the freedom to give your creation its own personality and charm. During the session, you'll learn a variety of hand-building techniques and explore decorative processes to make your piece truly one of a kind. Add texture by impressing patterns into the clay, use oxides to create natural skin tones, and apply coloured slips to bring character, detail, and individuality to your design. Suitable for all skill levels, this relaxed and inspiring workshop is the perfect opportunity to get creative, learn new ceramic techniques, and leave with a handmade frog or toad full of character. Workshop Details: What You’ll Make: A frog or a toad in stoneware clay. Techniques Covered: Hand building and modelling techniques, 3D construction, impressing textures, decorating with slip and oxides. Important Notes: Materials Provided: All clay, tools, and glazes are supplied. Just bring your designs and creativity! Collection: Pieces will be ready to pick up within 4-6 weeks of the workshop.
